Edible Arrangements owners Donna and Stan Hershfeldt piloted the eCube® product and were impressed with its affordability, simple application, and it being the only product of its kind tested and certified to meet NSF requirements. Stan quotes, “Our initial test results are positive. We’re seeing less compressor on/off cycles, which will help increase the lifespan of the cooler and lower the amount of energy consumption. It’s too early to tell the long-term impact to our electric bills, but any savings is good for us and good for the environment.”
